What to Expect
The First Visit
On the day of your child's first visit to our office, we recommend arriving a few minutes early. This allows extra time for finishing up any registration forms and ensures you have plenty of time to get acquainted with our staff and office. You may also choose to download and print out the registration forms to fill out beforehand (download link at the bottom of the page). We look forward to meeting you and joining with you to help your child maintain optimal health.
Preparing for your child's first visit, you can do a few things to help expedite the appointment. Please provide the following information when you arrive:
- Medical Insurance Card(s)
- Immunization Records
- Previous Medical Records

Sound Pediatrics takes pride in offering a range of appointment times to accommodate your schedule. Please call our office to schedule an appointment and we will accommodate your desired time to the best of our ability.
If you need to reschedule, please contact our office at 650.992.8668 at least 48 hours in advance.
